I started TurnLeaf Design with several goals in mind:
1.Help junior developers avoid common pitfalls that plagued me early in my career
2.Promote best practices
3.Encourage conversation over new trends and developments in software development (no pun intended)
4.Become a better software developer by actively seeking new information and thoroughly researching topics I post
5.Engage with developers from all around the world

I'm very new to blogging and almost as new to software development. So I apologize if this site may be a bit “rough” at times (such as this page). If you see any potential problems with content I post, need me to go into more detail, or like me to cover a new area, please let me know either in the comments or by email (below). I very much want to make this site a useful resource for developers all around the world and the best way to achieve that is by posting excellent and relevant content.
